This course analyzes terrorism from a theoretical and strategic point of view. The concepts and the evolution of terrorism over time are among the topics discussed. It focusses on the relationship between terrorism and war in all its forms as well as anti-terrorism methods and policies. The aim of the course is to allow students to synthesize terrorism using their assimilation of political and strategic facts linked to the phenomenon.
